What is CliftonStrengths®?

CliftonStrengths® is a research-backed strengths assessment developed by Gallup. It identifies patterns in how people think, feel and behave – known as strengths – that influence how we lead, communicate and work with others.

Rather than focusing on fixing weaknesses, strengths coaching helps people understand and intentionally use what already comes naturally.

Coaching typically includes:

  • Completion of the CliftonStrengths assessment
