Hi, I'm Hannah! The heart behind EverGlow
Leading people is complex. You’re balancing performance, pressure, wellbeing and growth – often all at once.
EverGlow was shaped by years in education and people development, alongside a deeply personal journey that changed how I see growth and resilience. Becoming a parent after years of infertility reminded me that growth begins with bravery – and that when people feel seen, supported and safe, they flourish.
That belief sits at the heart of my work.
Today, I work at the intersection of strengths, leadership and mental health, supporting leaders and teams to understand how they work best, build trust and psychological safety, and create cultures where people can do their best work without burning out.
As a Gallup CliftonStrengths® Coach and Mental Health First Aid Instructor, I design learning that blends psychology, creativity and human connection – focused on practical, human leadership that actually works in real life.
